Niklas Hartweg and Amy Baserga brought to Oberhof confirmation of the excellence of their form. The two Swiss took fourth place in the single mixed relay.
One month before the World Championships at home in Lenzerheide, they were only beaten by Finland, France and Germany. A place on the podium would have been possible without a penalty lap inflicted on Niklas Hartweg, who was caught by the wind when he took his shot. “This 4th place is good to take. But I’m disappointed with my performance“, underlined Niklas Hartweg at the SRF microphone.
