Jean-Baptiste Barrère has returned to the US Dax. The third line is now under contract until 2026, with a second year being optional in the initialed contract.

An exemplary captain, Jean-Baptiste Barrère embodies the values of our club and continues to guide his teammates on and off the field This season, he has already scored a try, and there is no doubt that he will score more in our colors.

At 35 years old, the captain of the USD will therefore continue to be poison in the rucks of Pro D2, a division where he has played more than 200 matches. Trained at the Pau Section where he started among the professionals (2010-2015), the third row then wore the Béziers jersey for eight seasons (2015-2023) before joining Dax last season.
