This meeting had a special taste and that is understandable. Since the recent 2024 finals between Zurich and Lausanne, we feel a certain tactical knowledge of our opponent that we try to counter when we are at home. All the players therefore arrived very disciplined, respecting the coach’s plan to the letter, because they know that a simple technical error can be fatal. This diligence may have been lacking for our Lions in the first third with only 8 shots taken, without really being dangerous against a Simon Hrubec who we know is solid in front of his cage.

The first third has passed, the lines have adjusted and the match can finally start to get going. The Lions showed the heart to come back in this meeting in the manner.
