Arriving at OL in January 2023, Jeffinho returns permanently to Botafogo.
This Tuesday evening, OL closed its 2024 year by announcing a departure. Indeed, Brazilian striker Jeffinho was permanently transferred to Botafogo, member of the Eagle Football group, for the sum of 5.3 million euros, plus 30% on a possible future transfer.
A return home
Arriving in January 2023 in Lyon from… Botafogo for 10 million excluding bonuses, the 25-year-old played 21 matches in Lyon colors (3 goals, 3 assists). In January 2024, he returned to Botafogo on loan, and the Brazilian team therefore decided to keep him. New money in the coffers of OL, which should not stop there in terms of departures.
