Two former players of Raja Club Athletic (RCA) have seized the disputes commission of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) to file complaints against the club, due to the non-payment of their outstanding financial compensation for the season last.
Mohamed El Makazzi is demanding an amount exceeding 3 million dirhams. He decided to resort to the Disputes Committee to avoid the expiry of legal deadlines, despite having received verbal promises from the club’s management to pay his arrears in two installments.
For his part, Mehdi Moubarik, currently a player at Wydad Athletic Club (WAC), is asking for an amount of 1.5 million dirhams. This sum represents part of the financial compensation relating to last season, during which he was loaned by the Emirati club Al Ain to Raja.
Raja strives to honor its commitments to players who have waived their complaints to the Disputes Committee and with whom the club has entered into agreements requiring it to pay amounts due on specific dates.
Furthermore, the club is also seeking to resolve new disputes with other former players like Marouane Hadhoudi and others, before the winter transfer window opens.
