This Friday, November 22, as part of the European week for the employment of people with disabilities, we had the honor of organizing the event “a trial for employment” jointly with the Chamber of Trades and the crafts and the CitésLab of Vannes.
With an intervention from the prefect of Morbihan, Mr Pascal Bolot but also from Pierre Tarance, former RC Vannes player, who came to close this beautiful morning of exchanges.
The objective of this highlight was to create a link between the themes of disability, integration and sport.
For this, a round table, a forum, and fun and sporting activities took place throughout the day, thus promoting exchanges and meetings with different employers and partners.
The national theme chosen for this 2024 edition is “Disability and career path: how to ensure true equality of opportunity?” », several angles were addressed such as training, professional retraining, young people…
Every autumn, the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities raises recruiters’ awareness of the professional integration of people with disabilities.
