Juan Bautista Pedemonte had his second selection with Argentina during the Pumas' big victory in Italy (50-18) on November 9. Substitute at kick-off, the 24-year-old third row took part in 18 minutes. Out of the match sheet for the second test match in Ireland, he was then released a few days before the one in France and started with the RCV during the cruel defeat against Bordeaux Bègles.
Iñaki Ayarza played two matches with Chile: a victory against Canada (44-14) in Bucharest and a defeat against the Netherlands (17-20) in Amsterdam. Jean-Maurice Decubber, third row starter, was even captain but had to leave after only ten minutes of play for a concussion, according to the specialist Belgian rugby media Sportkipik. Maurice Fromont, aligned in the second row, also participated in this success.
Martin Alonso Muñoz, initially summoned to Spain, ultimately did not join his selection. The 24-year-old winger, meanwhile loaned to Colomiers, played two Pro D2 matches during this period.
Robin Taccola took part in an internship with the French U20 team, in Marcoussis. With the Bleuets, the Breton center won a friendly match against Italy U20 (40-29). Holding the position of first center, the young RCV was vice-captain for the occasion.
