Pure Rxcing took control of the 24 Hours of Spa with nine hours to go with the No. 911 Porsche 911 GT3 R driven by Klaus Bachler.

The Austrian driver took the lead around 7:10 a.m. following the final stops, overtaking Franck Perera (Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2 no. 163 – GRT) on a track that was still wet, even if the conditions were less daunting than during the night. Note that most of the teams have completed their technical stop, which (with the remaining conditional condition) would not be the case for Lamborghini no. 163.

The duo, separated by 5″, are 10″ and 16″ ahead of the two BMW M4 GT3 – Team WRT, with the #46 of Maxime Martin ahead of the #32 of Dries Vanthoor. The latter, at the forefront since the restart, served his 30″ penalty during his last pit stop after being flashed at 207 km/h under Full Course Yellow.

The Aston Martin Vantage GT3s continue their good race, with the #34 – Walkenhorst Motorsport of Ross Gunn completing the top 5 ahead of the #7 – Comtoyou Racing of Nicki Thiim. The surviving BMW n°998 – ROWE Racing of Dan Harper is 7th ahead of the Ferrari 296 GT3 n°51 – AF Corse-Francorchamps Motors of Alessandro Pier Guidi and the Bronze Cup leaders, the Audi R8 LMS GT3 n°88 – Tresor Attempto Racing of Dylan Pereira, who passed the baccalaureate at Fagnes a few moments ago. The No. 2 Mercedes – Mercedes-AMG Team Getspeed of Jules Gounon completes the top 10.

13th, the Mercedes n°777 – AlManar Racing by Getspeed of Mikael Grenier dominates the Gold Cup. The Aston Martin n°35 – Walkenhorst Motorsport of Romain Leroux is leader in Silver Cup. Nick Catsburg remains in the lead in Pro-Am with the Mercedes n°4 – Crowdstrike Racing by Riley.

Note that Miguel Ramos (McLaren 720S GT3 EVO n°188 – Garage 59) made a mistake at Blanchimont, with contact with the wall and the loss of the left rear wheel. Ramos was able to re-enter the pit lane, but quickly stopped before being picked up by a tow truck.
