This Saturday, F1 drivers are on track at Spielberg to participate in the Sprint race and the qualifying session for the Austrian Grand Prix, eleventh round of the 2024 world championship.
Sprint weekend obliges, the teams participated this Friday in the Sprint qualifying session, the result of which determined the starting grid for the Sprint race scheduled for this Saturday. Once the Sprint race has been contested, the teams will participate in the qualifying session which determines the starting grid for the main race on Sunday [le Grand Prix d’Autriche].
This Saturday, June 29, the Sprint race of 30 minutes max is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. (Paris time), while the qualifying session which determines the starting grid of the Austrian Grand Prix is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. (Paris time).
Finally, on Sunday, June 30, the 2024 Austrian Grand Prix will start at 3:00 p.m. (Paris time). The drivers will set off for 71 laps of racing on the Red Bull Ring track, one of the shortest of the season.
