Who makes up the new Aiglons staff? On the sidelines of Franck Haise’s first Nice conference, spotlight on the Gym coach’s close guard.

Lilian Nalis

Holder of the BEPF since May 2024, where he was in the same promotion as Didier Digard and Fabrice Abriel, Lilian Nalis is a reference in the world of French technicians. After a successful playing career in France, England and Italy, the native of Nogent-sur-Marne moved to the bench in 2010.

He worked at CA Bastia, Laval and Le Havre as assistant coach of the first team, then at SC Bastia as technical advisor to the training center. In 2020, he reunited with Franck Haise, with whom he played as a player in Laval, at RC Lens. Four years later, he became his assistant at the Gym.

Johann Ramaré

He celebrated his 40th birthday on June 5. Former midfielder for Boulogne, Brest, Sochaux and Valenciennes, Johann Ramaré began his career change on the bench after his playing career. After working at the Stade Brestois training center, then at Stade de Reims, he became Franck Haise’s assistant in July 2023, focusing his mission in particular on monitoring the young players in the professional group. The Rennes native followed the technician to Nice in the summer of 2024.

Sebastien Squillaci

First in a professional staff for the former French international (21 selections) Sébastien Squillaci (43 years old) appointed assistant coach to Franck Haise.

After a stint on the Monaco U17 bench as an assistant at the end of his career, the former central defender joined the Gym at the end of 2022. He worked until now within the recruitment cell. He is now moving closer to the field, where he will put his personality and his knowledge of high level at the service of the Aiglons.

As a player, Squillaci played for Monaco, Lyon, Arsenal, Seville and Bastia.

Alexandre Pasquini

Born in Rouen, Alexandre Pasquini (29 years old) worked with Franck Haise at RC Lens, as head of the analysis unit (video). Passionate about football, the young man studied STAPS, before starting his career as a video analyst at QRM.

A tireless worker, he is also known through his YouTube channel, “la Gazette Tactique”, launched in 2017, which has nearly 100,000 subscribers.

Stéphane Cassard

With extensive experience in professional football, Stéphane Cassard (51 years old) now takes care of the goalkeepers of the professional group. He has been officiating in Strasbourg since 2020, after managing the goalkeepers of OM and Valenciennes.

Before embarking on a specific coaching career for a decade, the Montbéliard native spent almost 20 years in the French goal, playing in particular at Sochaux (where he was launched as a pro by a certain Sylvester Takac), Strasbourg and Montpellier.
