Taking into account that there are only three races left on the calendar and 60 points at stake in Qatar and Abu Dhabi, the three-time world champion could enjoy a fourth title in a row on the spectacular and unique stage of Nevada.
The Red Bull team driver would thus continue his rise to the ranks of the greatest drivers in F1 history.

1. If he wins the Grand Prix
2. Otherwise a victory, if he crosses the finish line in front of Norris
3. If he does not concede more than two points to Norris
4. If Norris is excluded from the top 8
5. If he finishes third and records the fastest lap while Norris finishes second
6. If he finishes fourth and records the fastest lap while Norris finishes third
7. If he finishes fifth and Norris beats him to fourth without recording the fastest lap
8. If he finishes 10th with fastest lap and Norris finishes 8th
