In a move as surprising as it was unexpected, the Egyptian football legend Ahmed Hossambetter known as “ Mido », has just announced his big return to the green rectangle at the age of 41.

The iconic striker Pharaohswho ended his playing career more than 11 years ago, decided to return to the world of football, but this time under very particular colors: those of “Vision Club», a team he owns and which has just joined the Egyptian fourth division championship for the 2024-2025 season.

Ahmed Hossam Mido, a rich and prestigious career

Mido is not a name that goes unnoticed in the world of African football. During his glory years, the talented striker played for some of Europe’s most renowned clubs.
