Ligue 1 – J11: The scores of the Mastiffs after OGC Nice – LOSC

While they could get on the podium if they were successful, conceded the equalizer after added time and remained in fourth place. Here are the grades we give to the Mastiffs at the end of this meeting.

Lucas Chevalier (5): He didn't have a lot of work to do with very few dangerous shots on target from but he was reassuring and good in his kicking game in particular. Unfortunately, he can't do anything about the two goals conceded.

Aïssa Mandi (6): Once again in a right-back position, the Algerian international produced a more than clean copy with solidity against the whirling Boga and some well-made saves in his penalty area.

Bafodé Diakité (6.5): The Lille central defender had a hard time facing Cho and Guessand and he was smart to contain both men. He was even close to scoring the third goal but his head hit Bulka's post.

Alexsandro (6.5): His quality of recovery was essential at the start of the Lille match and it was he who launched Matias Fernandez-Pardo towards the opener. Solid defensively thereafter.

Mitchel Bakker (7) : Facing Evann Guessand and Jonathan Clauss in particular, the Dutchman held his ground defensively with several superb interventions and a projection capacity with and without the ball which allowed him to score the second Lille goal, his second of the season.

Ngal'ayel Mukau (6): For his second consecutive start in Ligue 1, the Congolese midfielder compensated well defensively in the right lane with volume and accuracy in the choices after recovery.

Benjamin André (6.5): Positioned as a sentinel when the ball was lost, the Lille captain had a lot of freedom with his projections and his ability to hurt the Nice block in aerial duels. He is very accurate on the second Lille goal by offering the ball to Bakker after seeing his shot repelled by the post.

Ayyoub Bouaddi (5,5) : The young midfielder started the match very well with availability, accuracy between the lines and an almost decisive pass on Jonathan David. But he subsequently gave up before giving up his place at the hour mark.

Edon Zhegrova (3.5): The Kosovar international missed everything or almost everything during this meeting, well surrounded by the Nice defense which monitored him closely. He also got very frustrated until he left at the end of the match.

Jonathan David (6) : If he did not score and was not decisive on the scoreboard, the Canadian striker was a real poison for the Nice defense, who never knew how to manage the movements of number 9 Lille. All he needed was a goal to reward his match, although he missed a single header at the far post in the first half.

Matias Fernandez-Pardo (8): For his first start in Ligue 1, the Belgian shattered the Nice defense with his runs, his accuracy and his movements always at the right tempo. He opened the scoring with a superb action before being at the origin of the second goal with an overflow then a cut-back cross.
