She once again reached the top of the podium with the gold medal in the taekwondo discipline during the World School Championship organized at the end of last October in Bahrain.
It was at the age of four that this young champion, who lives in the locality of Ait Amira in the province of Chtouka Ait Baha, took her first steps in taekwondo under the supervision of her father as a trainer. . After the first two years, from the age of six, she truly entered the sporting phase and intensified her exercise cycle. “At the beginning, it was one hour of training per day, then we went from three to four hours daily,” says the young champion.
This training program is accompanied by a competition schedule, continues his father. The approach bore fruit. Amina first won the Moroccan Championship which allowed her to go to the World School Championships. Professional supervision and the support of those close to her subsequently took her even further with medals on her record at each stage.
In her journey, she is accompanied by the “Senaat Al Abtal” association supported by the Fondation du Sud. This synergy makes it possible for talents to flourish in the rural world.
