Rejected by Atlético, this striker scores a quadruple in one half

The Samu Omorodion machine doesn’t stop piling up the goals. Arriving this summer at FC Porto, to everyone’s surprise (already 7 goals in 6 matches), the young Spanish striker took advantage of the international break and his call-up with the hopes to score the first quadruple of his career. Starting against Malta in the Euro U21 qualifiers, the native of Melilla only needed one half to shine. Atlético de Madrid, who sold him for 15 million euros – but which retains 50% of the player’s economic rights -, can bite his fingers.

In a telephone interview given to the media COPE’s Great GameSamu also made some revelations about the behavior of the Colchoneros towards him: “ They didn’t want me because maybe they thought I didn’t have the level. […] Neither Cholo (Diego Simeone) nor anyone from management spoke with me. »
