Now aged 58, the actress has moved into a charming Parisian building. The one who is originally from finally fell in love with the capital and does not plan to leave for the moment. This apartment that she fell in love with

Before leaving her boxes within her walls, the French actress had bought herself a magnificent house which she unfortunately had to sell. She admits that she has no trouble letting go of the objects that clutter the rooms of her apartment. « I am learning to detach myself from my objectsJ, for example by giving them to people I love. Even if I sometimes regret it afterwards. Like this lamp that I gave to a friend, before telling myself that I missed it, but without having the space to have been able to keep it anyway”she specifies. When it comes to decoration, Karin Viard does not hesitate to draw inspiration from her past to furnish her Parisian home.

Karin Viard: a salon that resembles her

Arriving in the house, Géraldine Sarratia exclaimed in front of the living room, as large as it was bright. “I really like this lounge because I find it very pretty, and because it is designed for many people to have fun there”, noted the journalist. “This living room resembles me because it’s a mixture of many things with lots of different fabrics. All of this forms a very decorated whole, with objects that respond to that, like some rather special ceramic candlesticks by Jean Roger, which I particularly like because they are failures. I prefer that to better finished products”finally revealed Karin Viard.
