In Africa, the salaries of football team coaches vary depending on the country for which they officiate. Walid Regragui, coach of the Morocco team, is among the highest paid on the continent.

With a monthly salary of 70,000 euros, Walid Regragui is one of the best paid coaches in Africa. He occupies fourth place in the top 10. The Franco-Moroccan technician owes this place to the exploits he was able to achieve with Morocco which made history by becoming the first African team to reach the last four of a Global.

Vladimir Petkovic (Algeria) tops the rankings. With a monthly salary of 135,000 euros, the Swiss-naturalized Croatian technician is the highest paid coach in Africa. He is followed by Hugo Broos from South Africa (75,000 euros/month) and Emerse Faé from the Ivory Coast, crowned CAN 2023 champion (75,000 euros/month). James Kwesi Appiah from Sudan takes fifth with 48,000 euros/month. Then come Aliou Cissé (46,000 euros/month), dismissed on Wednesday October 2 from his position as coach of the Senegal team, Otto Addo from Ghana (45,300 euros/month) and Marc Brys from Cameroon (44,000 euros per month .

At the bottom of the ranking of the ten highest salaries, we find Hossam Hassan from Egypt (30,000 euros/month) and Tom Saintfiet (Mali) Amir Abdou (Mauritania) who each receive a monthly salary of 20,000 euros/month.
