Revanchard, one year after finishing 2nd behind Giacomo Nizzolo and two years after finishing at the foot of the podium (4th), Arnaud De Lie (Lotto-Dstny) won the 40th edition of the Tro Bro Leon, 10th round of the Coupe de France , this Sunday in Lannilis (Finistère). Despite two punctures, the young 22-year-old Belgian showed his strength to achieve his second success of the season, after having already raised his arms at the Famenne Ardenne Classic a week ago.

During a long race of 203.6 kilometers, including 29 sectors of unpaved paths (the famous “ribinù”), the Belgian attacked numerous times. Barely hampered by his two punctures, he was ahead of the French Clément Venturini (Arkéa-B & B Hôtels) and Pierre Gautherat (Decathlon), who finished 2nd and 3rd.

Previously, the race had been lively and Arnaud De Lie had sorted himself out in the 2nd passage of the Keradraon sector, starting in the lead with Pierre Gautherat (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale) and Riley Sheehan (Israel-Premier Tech). And if the three men were then joined by six pursuers less than 2 kilometers from the finish, De Lie was able to complete the sprint with nine men.
