Travel ban to Lyon for Besiktas supporters in the Europa League

Besiktas Istanbul meets Olympique Lyonnais in the Europa League on Thursday October 24, eight years after the incidents that occurred in Lyon between the supporters of the Turkish club and those of OL, during the quarter-final first leg (2-1) in 2017. The match was classified as very high risk by the National Division for the Fight against Hooliganism (DLNH), followed by a prefectural decree which fell this Wednesday evening, depriving the presence of all supporters of the Turkish club in Lyon, for the 3rd day of the Europa League.
