The Girondins de Bordeaux will travel to Poitiers this Saturday, to face Stade Poitevin, as part of the 17th day of National 2. Several players are currently injured, or in the recovery phase.
This is firstly the case of the central defender Djibril Diawvictim of a muscle injury in his right calf for two weeks. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation and is doubtful for this match.
As expected, the English international Andy
Carroll suffers from a muscle injury in his right hamstring. He is expected to be out of action for at least three to four weeks, and is currently receiving treatment.
Two other players are also injured. Firstly, it concerns the midfielder navigating between the N2 and the N3, N’Famady Diabywho suffered a contusion to his right calf, then from the third goalkeeper Georges Grimaudhaving bursitis in the left shoulder. Both are, however, in the process of getting back together with the group.
