Arnaud Nordin creates a surprise, bad turn for ASSE
Montpellier achieved a feat this weekend by beating Monaco who had been in poor form recently. It was in the second half that the Hérault club managed to turn the match around. Trailing at the end of the first half, the Montpellier team will first equalize through Al Tamari. The latter will score a second goal on a service from Nordin, the former Stéphanois. The Ile-de-France club's bad patch continues with a new defeat which puts them 3rd in Ligue 2. Back in Greece since 2023, the central defender is struggling to find regular playing time this season. He is back with Olympiakos which dominates the championship ahead of Panathinaikos. This weekend, Retsos opened the scoring in favor of his club. They finally won 2-1 against Atromitos to maintain their lead in the championship. Let's hope he can make a third start in a row.

Yvan Neyou had left ASSE through the back door. At Leganes for three seasons, the Cameroonian international has established himself as a central link in his team. This weekend, Leganes won at home against Atletico Madrid. Three very important points in the race to maintain.
