Hit by a car, an octogenarian died in Gap

An 84-year-old man died after being hit by a car. The accident took place on the Route de la Luye in Gap near the slaughterhouses, around 6:30 p.m. this Monday evening. The octogenarian was declared lifeless by emergency services at 7:15 p.m. Thirteen firefighters divided into eight engines, the SAMU and the municipal police were mobilized on site.
