Paris Saint-Germain signed a partnership with the investment platform Bitpanda on Thursday. A new sponsor which will allow the Ile-de-France club to diversify its eyt income which proves its attractiveness on an international scale.
One trading company chases another. Signed for three years in September 2021, the company Crypto.com did not extend its partnership with PSG beyond the initial agreement. But the Ile-de-France club was quick to bounce back and signed a “strategic partnership” with the Bitpanda platform on Thursday.
A giant in cryptocurrency exchange, the Austrian unicorn is continuing its investment policy in sport. Before partnering with PSG this Thursday, Bitpanda had already signed sponsorship agreements with AC Milan, Bayern Munich and the NFL.
PSG “a global cultural icon”
A young company created in 2014, Bitpanda appreciated the aura of PSG and judges the Ile-de-France club to be in line with its image as a high-end financial firm and symbol of excellence. On the PSG side, it is a confirmation of its international openness with a new ambitious partnership with a foreign company.

And the company manager clarified that this agreement with the current leader of Ligue 1 “underlines the commitment (of Bitpanda) to collaborate with world-class organizations that embody excellence and a modern lifestyle that finds resonate with a global audience.” It now remains to be seen how this strategic partnership, the financial details of which have not been leaked, will appear on a daily basis for PSG.
