Luis Campos, sports advisor of Saint-Germain, is exploring a new offensive path to strengthen the Parisian squad. According to information from journalist Abdel Hamed, the Portuguese leader initiated discussions with the entourage of Victor Bonifacethe center forward of Bayer Leverkusen. These first contacts date back to December, demonstrating a concrete interest in the player.

Aged 23, the Nigerian striker has already distinguished himself during this first half of the season. With 8 goals in 15 matches in all competitions, he is one of the revelations of Bayer Leverkusen, currently second in the Bundesliga. His physical power, combined with his technical quality, makes him an ideal profile to adapt to the demands of European football and potentially to the style of PSG.

This information takes on particular relevance in the context of the ongoing negotiations between Boniface and Leverkusen for a contract extension. Already linked to the German club until 2028, he could sign for an additional year, i.e. until 2029. An extension which would strengthen Bayer's position in the event of a possible transfer.

For PSG, Victor Boniface would represent a strategic investment, both for his short-term potential and his ability to be part of the club's long-term project. However, no concrete offer has yet been mentioned, leaving room for future discussions between the different parties.

It remains to be seen whether Luis Campos will manage to convince the player and his club to join Paris, where the objective is to build a team competitive on all fronts. A case to follow closely in the coming weeks.
