At a press conference, Roberto De Zerbi delivered his analysis of the OM-Le Havre match. The Marseille coach nonetheless liked the state of mind of his players for the majority of the match: “I appreciated the understanding of the match. We never forced passes, we circulated the ball, we shot from distance, like on Rongier's goal. I really liked the way we recovered the ball when we lost it. It gives rhythm to the match. I really liked it. Greenwood, Rabiot, Nadir, Luis Henrique had very strong reactions to the loss of the ball. This is the key to the match”he estimated.
RDZ is delighted that certain players are shaking up the hierarchy established in his team: “No player has an absolute guarantee of playing. Players like Koné, Wahi, Brassier or Rowe have quality, they must show that they can play, work to deserve their place. I make my choices in good faith, even if I could be wrong. But even coming in at 4-0, they have to make a difference. Rongier is the best example. He changed my mind in 5 minutes in Nantes.
