The story between Kylian Mbappé and Saint-Germain is not yet over! Since the captain of the French team left the capital at the end of his contract to join Real Madrid this summer, he has been in conflict with Parisian management over a matter of unpaid bonuses and salaries. The striker is demanding no less than 55 million euros from his former club, which is currently refusing to pay him. And today, while the conflict is still open, RMC Sport tells us that Mbappé has decided to refer the matter to the LFP disciplinary committee for “failure to pay bonuses and salaries”.

Mbappé enters the LFP

As a reminder, on November 22, Paris Saint-Germain experienced a new setback in this affair before the French Federation, which rejected the leaders' request to re-examine the injunction from the Professional Football League (LFP) to pay 55 million euros, because it was transmitted a day too late by PSG, according to AFP. The conflict is more open than ever, and Mbappé does not intend to cede anything to his club. The next deadline is due to be held on December 11. For the moment, PSG categorically refuses to pay despite the numerous setbacks in this conflict, which could well end up at the Industrial Tribunal. On the Nasser al-Khelaïfi side, it is claimed that an agreement had been made with the principal concerned not to have to pay these 55 million euros, based in particular on a declaration from the Tricolore made after the victory in the Trophée des Champions against in January 2024. Mbappé had suggested that he had found common ground with his management so that no one feels wronged in this story, even if no figures or no agreement concrete was explicitly mentioned by the player.
