Habib Beye, it's over
Habib Beye, it's over

Habib Beye will not be present at the Allianz Arena this Tuesday evening to comment on the Champions League match between Bayern and PSG on Canal+.

Consultant appointed last season to comment on Saint-Germain's Champions League matches on Canal+, Habib Beye has been much less visible since the start of this new C1 campaign. The former Marseillais was not present for the match comments for the capital club's first three matches, against Girona, Arsenal and PSV.

On the other hand, he made his return alongside Paul Tchoukriel for the cruel defeat of the Parisians at the Parc des Princes against Atlético Madrid before the international break. A return, however, of short duration…

Habib Beye replaces by Sydney Govou

Indeed, the Franco-Senegalese has once again been placed on the sidelines. It is the journalist François Marchal and the consultant Sydney Govou who will comment on the Champions League clash between Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, this Tuesday evening (9 p.m.) at the Allianz Arena.

As a reminder, Habib Beye hoped last summer to embark on a new challenge on the sidelines after three seasons spent at the head of Red Star, which he brought up to Ligue 2 at the end of last season. Left in the hope of finding a more ambitious project, in vain. In recent weeks his name had been circulating around to take over from Julien Stéphan, but the Breton leaders finally opted for Jorge Sampaoli.
