Gavi rails against avoidable goal
A scenario which did not please Gavi at all, back as a starter and who did not spare his teammate. “The first goal we conceded was a joke. He must clear the ball. We have to learn, that's football. We had the match under control, but the red card affected us a lot. This is what happens when you lose concentration,” said Gavi.
The Spanish midfielder is also satisfied to have finally been able to find a starting role, even if the final score frustrates him. “I already knew I was ready to start, but I wanted to get the three points. We couldn’t do it,” Gavi regretted.
