Thu. Louis Mouton and others do the job but a more creative profile like Adrien Thomasson is missing in the offensive animation of ASSE. Recruiting Himad Abdelli in January would be ideal but Angevin is being courted (€4 million, according to Transfermarkt) and the SCO will not strengthen a direct competitor for maintenance. “ASSE recruited 9 players this summer but still has glaring gaps. I agree with Bastien on the fact that this team is missing an experienced midfielder and that a playmaker would do the most good. It's a profile that ASSE does not have apart from Miladinovic, a real enigma. But defensively, Larsonneur has an L2 defense in front of him and it is a priority in my opinion to add one or two stronger elements.
Apart from Nadé, the current defense is too light, even if I find that Léo Pétrot does the job quite well. The only defenders recruited last summer are Abdelhamid and Cornud, who have not proven to be reinforcements so far. Batubinsika also offering few guarantees, I think the club should recruit a good right-handed central defender to play with Nadé, and a good right back. At a minimum. »
