Ismaël Koné, objective to overcome his shyness!

After their defeat against PSG, OM returned to victory by winning 1-2 in . Here is Ismaël Koné's note and appreciation during this last meeting of the 10th day of Ligue 1.

This Sunday at La Beaujoire, OM obtained a 2-1 victory against FC Nantes, but the match was more complicated than expected. Neal Maupay – The Best Of Neal Maupay opened the scoring in the 24th minute, taking advantage of a cross from Jonathan Rowe. Despite 74% possession, the Marseillais struggled to control the rest of the match, especially after a difficult defeat against PSG the previous week.

FC Nantes, looking for a first victory in six games, responded with determination. Tino Kadewere equalized in the 61st minute with a well-placed rebound, giving hope to the home fans. His appreciation

Ismaël Koné displayed a disappointing performance against Nantes, struggling to establish himself in the midfield. He lacked impact, his passes often being oriented backwards, without showing the audacity demanded by De Zerbi. Faced with this insipidity, the coach chose to replace him with Luis Henrique from the 59th minute, hoping for a more significant impact on the game. The young Canadian international will have to show more character, take initiative and play towards the 'before with his qualities…

Media notes

Team Rating 3/10

Very shy, he lacked too many things to exist in the midfield. He did not make an impact, played towards the back, without the personality requested by De Zerbi, who logically replaced him in the 59th minute by LUIS HENRIQUE.

Maxifoot rating 3/10 launched into the starting eleven with the suspension of Harit, the Canadian midfielder was not at all convincing. He seemed lost, not knowing where to position himself. Shy and not very enterprising, he will have to do more in the near future to establish himself.
Note from FootMercato 4/10 Positioned a little higher on the pitch, Marseille number 51, who arrived from Watford last summer, produced a very mixed performance. If he showed a certain rigor on the defensive level, he was on the other hand far too timid in a match where OM had to react. Less and less visible as the minutes passed, he was finally called back by RDZ.
