After their defeat against PSG, OM returned to victory by winning 1-2 in Nantes. Here is Ismaël Koné's note and appreciation during this last meeting of the 10th day of Ligue 1.
This Sunday at La Beaujoire, OM obtained a 2-1 victory against FC Nantes, but the match was more complicated than expected. Neal Maupay – The Best Of Neal Maupay opened the scoring in the 24th minute, taking advantage of a cross from Jonathan Rowe. Despite 74% possession, the Marseillais struggled to control the rest of the match, especially after a difficult defeat against PSG the previous week.
FC Nantes, looking for a first victory in six games, responded with determination. Tino Kadewere equalized in the 61st minute with a well-placed rebound, giving hope to the home fans. However, OM regained the advantage thanks to another achievement from Greenwood in the second half. Despite a few chances, including a shot from Adrien Rabiot which hit the upright in the 83rd, the score remained in favor of Marseille.

His appreciation
Ismaël Koné displayed a disappointing performance against Nantes, struggling to establish himself in the midfield. He lacked impact, his passes often being oriented backwards, without showing the audacity demanded by De Zerbi. Faced with this insipidity, the coach chose to replace him with Luis Henrique from the 59th minute, hoping for a more significant impact on the game. The young Canadian international will have to show more character, take initiative and play towards the 'before with his qualities…
