Hamzat Ojediran! This is one of the unknown surprises during the RC Lens summer market. The Nigerian, who played in the Moroccan and Hungarian championships, was almost unknown to everyone. If Hamzat Ojediran appeared at the very end of the preparation, Will Still took his time before throwing him into the Ligue 1 bath. Thus, the 20-year-old player waited until the 3rd day to make his appearance in the championship from France. In Monaco, Ojediran had some difficulties before ending the match with a cannonball.
Then, the Nigerian U23 international made notable appearances against Lyon and Rennes. « He has crazy energy. He makes a lot of noise and he brings real dynamism, whether in a session or during a match”comments Will Still before detailing: “So there are certain points that we can and must improve. Because he has an intensity that is sometimes too high, especially in League 1 with the decisions we know. »

When you hear Will Still talk about his background, you feel like a diamond in the rough that needs to be polished. “He has a reading and anticipation of danger which is extremely interesting for a collective. He has a verticality with the ball which is one of the reasons why we brought him here”analyzes the coach.
Unfortunately, his progress was slowed down by a thigh injury during the trip to Rennes.
