After stopping the negative spiral in Besançon with a draw, the OL U19s managed to rediscover the taste of victory last Sunday in against Andrézieux (4-1). In these bottom-of-the-table duels, Jordan’s players Gonzalez had managed this period quite well. The job still had to be done this Sunday in Île-de- against Bobigny. The Ile-de-France residents, bottom of Pool B, represented new prey to give themselves some breathing room in the race to maintain their position. For this trip, the U19 coach was able to count on an absence from the reserve match to be able to strengthen his group. Enter Enzo Molebe, Erawan GarnierAlejandro Gomes Rodriguez or even Kelyan Yahiathere were some nice people who had come down one floor.

It didn’t take long for OL to get into the right mood. After a first alert on the opponent’s goal, Garnier opened the scoring in the 7th minute. The Thai took advantage of a two-man corner with Benlahlou to show 0-1 on the scoreboard. If Alejandro Gomes Rodriguez scored his first goal in colors from the penalty spot (0-3, 43rd), the big man of the first half was Benlahloualready to his advantage against Andrézieux. A decisive passer, the player’s captain made the break in the 43rd before causing the penalty to make it 3-0.

Effective during the first act, Jordan’s players Gonzalez were heading towards quiet success. This was without taking into account the defensive fragility at the start of the season. Bobigny started to believe it again when Mady Come on brought the score to 3-1. Having fallen into a false rhythm, theOL was scared until the end with the Ile-de-France striker’s double three minutes from time. All’s well that ends well, but the Lyonnais still trembled.
