But small problem: it was not listed on the match sheet! It was in fact his brother Nicolas – usually goalkeeper for team C – who was listed on the computerized match sheet.
Article 187 of the general regulations of the FFF indicates that in the event of “participation of a player not listed on the match sheet […] the sanction is the match lost by penalty ». FC Bassin d’Arcachon is therefore eliminated from the French Cup. JA Biarritz will play the fifth round next weekend.
