Rugby – For the first time since the tragedy that occurred on August 7, the parents of the 17-year-old player spoke out on Tuesday

Nearly three weeks after the disappearance of Mehdi Narjissi on August 7 off the coast of South Africa, the parents of the 17-year-old player and their lawyer, Edouard Martial, gave a press conference relayed by The Midi Dispatchthis Tuesday in Agen. “We are destroyed, devastated,” confided, after being interviewed by investigators, the parents of this French rugby hopeful, licensed by Stade Toulousain and traveling with the French under-18 team when he disappeared. “We are going to fight for our son, for his memory,” they also insisted. “We want answers and people to blame.”
