The Ulster pillar (26 years old, 17 caps), who had participated in the three autumn meetings of the Clover XV, was guilty of a dangerous clearance on the Munster center Alex Nankivall during a match of the 'URC, which brings together Welsh, Irish, Italian, Scottish and South African provinces. Ireland, title holders and who will play without their usual coach Andy Farrell, who left to lead the British and Irish Lions tour, will be without O'Toole for the reception of England on February 1 and the trip to Scotland on February 9. He will be available again during the match against France on March 8 in Dublin.
