The scrum half of the XV of France and Stade Toulousain, star of French and world rugby, often delights during his performances and enjoys impressive success with everyone, he is the darling of rugby fans. There's one fan who's recently been a little luckier than the rest.
You were able to see it during the matches of the November tour, the players of the French team entered the pitch of the Stade de France accompanied by young children. And during the match against Argentina, it was young Jessy who had the chance to hold the hand of the captain of the Blues. A dream come true for her, as her father confided to Le Parisien.
This dad, as visibly happy as his daughter and we can only understand it, explains how his daughter had this chance, and how chance, in the end, did things extremely well. The club where Jessy plays, in Seine-et-Marne (GTO RC 77 from Tournan-en-Brie) won an FFR competition, allowing children from the club to accompany French and Argentinian internationals on the pitch. Rehearsals took place and Jessy was chosen to accompany Antoine Dupont.
Jessy's brother, Leo, was chosen to be with the Argentinians. Jessy got number one at rehearsal but she didn't understand what that meant right away. But around 5 p.m. she said to me “Dad, but am I going to hold Antoine Dupont’s hand? It's extraordinary! »
She woke up her mother and grandmother to tell them. Frankly, I'm slightly jealous of my daughter (smile). And when she woke up, her cousin, a huge supporter of Stade Toulouse, called her to congratulate her (…) She has difficulty coming down from her cloud.
