The Bleuets completed their first outing with a victory (40-29). It took place on the Pierre-Camou pitch at the Marcoussis National Rugby Center. The Italians fought and offered good resistance against the young French at home. But they end up giving in.
It was an unofficial match and 27 players per team were able to take the field and test themselves. Moreover, Cédric Laborde's men had a very different team from the one that lost the U20 World Cup final last July.
