West Capital Partners obtains Financial Investment Advisor status from the AMMC

The company “West Capital Partners SARL” was registered with the AMMC on January 20, 2025, under registration number DE-CIF-01-25, with a view to carrying out financial investment advisory activities relating to of category no. 2, provided for in article 2 of AMMC circular no. 01/20 relating to financial investment advisors.

Financial investment advice falling under category 2 includes:

– Advice and assistance in financial management and financial engineering on behalf of organizations or legal entities making public offerings;

– Advice on public offering operations;

– Advising companies on IPOs and supporting them after said IPO.
