The Governing Council approves a draft decree on the status of the body of scientific attachés – Today Morocco

The Government Council, meeting Thursday in Rabat, adopted draft decree No. 2.23.1195 relating to the status of the body of scientific attachés at the Ministry of Health, presented by the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Amine Tahraoui.

This draft decree is part of the implementation of the High Royal Directives aimed at overhauling the national health system, particularly with regard to the strengthening and development of human resources, indicated the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations. with parliament, government spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, during a press briefing following the Council.

This text is also part of the implementation of the 2021-2026 government program, which places particular emphasis on the development of national human capital, added Mr. Baitas. According to the government spokesperson, this draft decree aims to establish a status devoted to the body of scientific attachés at the Ministry of Health, by defining the missions assigned to them and the conditions of employment and promotion, as well as by setting up a remuneration system for management and research so that the executives concerned can best accomplish the missions assigned to them.
