A couple from Valais are being prosecuted for child criminal acts perpetrated against their children. An investigation is underway to shed light on this matter.

(Keystone-ATS) The arrested couple, aged around thirty, are accused of child criminal acts to the detriment of their four children under the age of 12. It would be a question in particular of child pornography, incest, sexual acts with minors and violation of the duty of assistance towards a child, according to an investigation by Nouvelliste.

The Valais cantonal police intervention took place shortly before Christmas, at the home of a family living “in a mountain town in Lower Valais”, as Le Nouvelliste further specifies. Child pornography material exchanged on the darknet led the police on the trail of the co-defendants.
