Finally, Nottingham Forest scored an 8th success in 9 matches in all competitions, beating Southampton at home (3-2). The Reds relied on the success of three of their in-form players, namely Elliot Anderson (1-0, 11th), Callum Hudson-Odoi (2-0, 28th) and the inevitable Chris Wood (3-0, 41st), who is now in 4th place in the Premier League scorers’ ranking, with 14 goals. The Saints who, like the Spurs, came back too late in the match, scoring via Jan Bednarek (1-3, 60th) and Paul Onuachu (2-3, 90+ 1st), remain last in the Championship, with only 6 points after 22 days.
