On April 8, 1990, the rotting face of a young woman wrapped in plastic changed popular culture forever. This day is launched Twin Peaksthe series imagined by David Lynch and Mark Frost. The first died on January 16, 2025.
At the origin of this curious adventure, David Lynch, who had fascinated in 1986 with Blue Velvetwas thinking of a fiction evoking the death of Marilyn Monroe. Mark Frost came from TV, in particular from a series that marked the detective genre, Hill Street Bluesthe first series in which a police station is the main character of the investigations, more than the inspectors themselves.
