Accused of rape by his own daughter OF, aged 15, PI Fall was referred by the police to the Cité du Rail high court for incest.
Following his conviction for murder in 2009, PI Fall was fortunate to receive a presidential pardon. After his release, the former convict was arrested and sentenced in 2024 for intentional injury. He was also arrested for public and obvious drunkenness during a security operation. A misfortune that never comes alone, PI Fall has just been accused of rape by his own 15-year-old daughter.
It all started when the victim’s mother filed a double complaint on the table of the main commissioner Safiétou Mbaye, head of department of the central police station in Thiès, including one against her ex-husband PI Fall, for incest and another against the apron merchant named Mr. Fadiga, for rape of a minor.
Investigations revealed that the 15-year-old girl was surprised by her cousin on December 29 in a compromising position with Mr. Fadiga. The latter left his merchandise there and fled. He has since been nowhere to be found.
Asked by her mother, the girl confided that she had been raped several times by this apron merchant who had promised her marriage. Against all expectations, the little girl OF also declared that her biological father slept with her twice in her room, in the Aiglon district of Thiès.
Heard by the investigators, the victim reiterated all his accusations in the report. The police requisitioned the services of a gynecologist. After examination, the medical certificate attested to an old hymenal tear, confirming the theory of sexual assault.
Questioned and then interviewed, PI Fall denied his daughter’s accusations. For him, it is a cabal orchestrated by his ex-wife to take revenge.
The police investigation made it possible to gather serious and consistent evidence motivating the suspect’s conduct to the local prosecutor’s office.
