Before the 10th chamber of the Paris judicial court, Stéphane Plaza must defend himself against the accusations of two ex-partners. They accuse him of having committed physical and psychological violence during their relationship.
In fact, the real estate agent and host of M6faces a sentence of up to ten years in prison and a fine of 150,000 euros. We have lunch with Ruinart champagne and we eat scallops. And we start dancing on the tables . It’s festive.”he explains after specifying that he invited a friend and the family of this man.
Moment that his partner at the time would have chosen to make him “a fit of jealousy” to which Stéphane Plaza would not have reacted. Upon returning home, the host of M6 admits to having continued to drink alcohol but to having gone to sleep without having any altercation.

He subsequently returned to another episode denounced by the complainant. When she allegedly broke a finger and dislocated two others during an altercation with the real estate agent. Facts which, this time, the main person concerned recognizes but explains by the fact of not “not control [sa] force”.
“I am dyspraxic (a person who has difficulty carrying out certain gestures and voluntary actions, editor’s note). I have hurt many people. But physically, I don’t press them against the wall”he explained during his trial.
He subsequently gave the context of this dispute: “She freaks out, says to me, ‘You’re an asshole.’ loudly I tell her, ‘Look, I better leave’ and she blocks my way.”
According to Stéphane Plaza, the complainant then raised her hand in the air which he then grabbed to “send it down”. “That’s why I’m unhappy about this accident and why I apologize”he concluded about this episode.
