**Executive Chef (M/F) – Sugaar Paris** Sugaar, located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, was opened under the direction of Zac Inwald, former chef of Brat in London. Our restaurant is inspired by great references such as Elkano and Asador Etxebarri in the Basque Country or Brat and Dorian in London. We work with exceptional products: fish selected by Viot, rare and quality ingredients from the Spanish Basque coast, and constant attention paid to the essentials on the plate. Our customers, both demanding and informed, appreciate precise, direct cuisine that respects the products. We seek to go further in this approach by consolidating our identity and our culinary ambition. ### Your missions: – Design a kitchen in line with our inspirations and our standards, highlighting high quality products. – Lead and structure a brigade, promoting cohesion and high standards. – Work on the map in line with our vision, while being proactive. – Manage the kitchen smoothly and efficiently, respecting standards and optimizing costs. ### Profile sought: – Significant experience as an executive chef or sous chef in renowned establishments. – In-depth knowledge of seafood and cooking over a fire or grill. – Ability to be part of a project focused on excellence and rigor. – Natural leadership, organizational skills, and ability to transmit high standards to the team. ### What we offer: – Permanent contract, service only in the evening, 5 days a week. – Remuneration between 4,000 and 5,000 euros net per month, depending on profile and experience. – Possibility of accommodation on site, above the restaurant, as a benefit in kind.
