The board of directors of Bic and Gonzalve Bich announce a transition process relating to the completion of the latter's mandates, and which aims to appoint a new general director by September 30, 2025. Gonzalve Bich will continue to assume his functions as managing director and director until his departure, after which he will assist the group as senior advisor. The board of directors has decided to create a succession committee of which Gonzalve Bich will be a member.
Eurazeo
Eurazeo, through its Mid-large buyout strategy, has entered into exclusive discussions with a consortium led by La financiere de Blacailloux (Fiblac), holding company of the Chamoin family, with a view to the sale of Albingia, a leading player in France in business risk insurance. Fiblac is leading a consortium also made up of the management teams of Krefeld, family office of the Hermès families, and Fairfax Financial Holdings, a Canadian company specializing in insurance and reinsurance.
Figeac Aero
The improvement in Figeac Aéro's operational performance continues over the first half of 2024/2025. Over this period, current EBITDA stood at 25.8 million euros, an increase of 30% compared to the first half of 2023/24, i.e. a rate almost three times faster than the growth in turnover. This translates into a current Ebitda margin up 190 basis points to 12.9%, compared to 11% a year ago. Current operating profit was positive at 4.9 million euros, compared to a loss of 3.9 million euros in the previous half-year.
Voltz Seeds
The consolidated turnover of Graines Voltz for the 2023/2024 financial year stands at 134.4 million euros compared to 133 million euros for the previous financial year, an increase of 1%. The consolidated gross margin rate for this financial year stood at 53.2% compared to 52.2% for the previous financial year, an increase of 1 point. France represents 65% of turnover, sales are up 1.6% and amount to 87.9 million euros. Europe represents 30% of turnover, sales are up 3.9% and amount to 39.7 million euros.
Inelec
Innelec recorded a net loss of 3 million euros in the first half, ending at the end of September, compared to a net loss of 0.17 million euros a year earlier. Current operating profit before depreciation and provisions shows a loss of 1.3 million euros, compared with a profit of 1.38 million euros in the first half of the previous financial year. Innelec specifies that the level of personnel costs increases occasionally by 0.4 million euros due to the costs of implementing the redundancy plan, fully recognized over the period.

Vallourec
Vallourec announces the appointment of Annelise Le Gall as a new director representing employees on the board of directors. This takes note of this appointment for a four-year term and now includes two directors representing employees: Annelise Le Gall and Patrick Poulin. With Vallourec for 17 years, Annelise Le Gall has held various positions within the group. She is now responsible for the commercial development of Vallourec's Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) solution.
