COBAC authorizes the acquisition of Société Générale Congo by BGFIBank Congo

(BGFIBank) – The Central African Banking Commission (COBAC) has authorized the acquisition of Société Générale Congo by BGFIBank Congo, a subsidiary of the BGFIBank Group.

This decision by COBAC marks a significant step in the expansion strategy of the BGFIBank Group, which thus consolidates its position as the leading financial group in Central Africa.
