The former second deputy mayor of the commune of Ziguinchor admitted that the competition for the election of the mayor of Ziguinchor was tough. “There were a lot of misunderstandings between the candidates, there was a lot of adversity between the candidates, but I can assure you that it was just a competition and I understand it that way. I will need everyone’s support to make Ziguinchor emerge. I will not rule out anyone for reasons of adversity or for reasons of political politics.
