A tragic accident cost the life of a young student from Jamioulx, in Hainaut. Nathan, 20 years old and an architecture student in Brussels, suffered a fatal fall on the stairs of his building in Etterbeek last Thursday. The Brussels public prosecutor’s office favors the accident theory.
A student in his twenties died Thursday morning during a fall down the stairs of a building where his dormitory was located, in Etterbeek, the Brussels prosecutor’s office said on Monday. The 20-year-old young adult from Jamioulx lost his life on the night of Wednesday 13 to Thursday 14 November. Like many other students, Nathan studied at the Brussels Faculty of Architecture (LOCI) and lived in the capital during the week.
“Everything suggests that it was an unfortunate accident.“, indicated the Brussels public prosecutor’s office. According to Sudinfo, his relatives, including his friends within scout and guide units, all expressed their deep sadness following his death. “We lose a luminous, living, joyful being.”
Nathan’s funeral will take place on Thursday November 21, 2024 in Jamioulx.
