The annual report on Walloon municipal finances carried out by Belfius indicates a certain stability throughout the legislature which is coming to an end. A stability that we owe to the breath of oxygen offered in the form of loans by the Region. Without this mechanism, the municipal deficit would plunge to 467 million euros.
